Hey Woggy fam! We can't wait to get our clothes to your future leaders. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your goodies from our Michigan HQ to homes across North America, the EU, and the UK.
Order Processing Time We hustle! Most orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or personalized items might take a smidge longer — we'll let you know if that's the case. We ship from Michigan, USA, so processing starts once your payment is confirmed and your order is ready to pack with love.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We use reliable carriers (like USPS, UPS, or similar trusted partners) to get your package to you safely. Exact shipping costs and options show up at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight — no surprises! Here's a rough guide to delivery times after processing (these are estimates — weather, holidays, or peak seasons can add a day or two):
- United States (including Alaska & Hawaii): 3–7 business days (standard); faster options available at checkout.
- Canada: 5–10 business days.
- European Union & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days (standard international).
We provide tracking info via email as soon as your order ships — keep an eye on it for real-time updates!
Shipping Costs Costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location and order details (weight, size, speed). We aim to keep it fair and transparent — no hidden fees.
- Free shipping thresholds or promos? We'll highlight those during checkout if active!
- International orders (EU, UK, etc.): You may see duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees collected by your local carrier upon delivery. These are your responsibility (not ours) and aren't included in our shipping charge. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible, but most often DAP (buyer pays any import fees).
Important International Notes (EU & UK Shoppers) Under EU and UK consumer laws, we make sure you see total price (including shipping) and estimated delivery time before you complete your purchase. Delivery happens without undue delay — usually within 30 days max unless we agree otherwise. If something's delayed big time, reach out and we'll make it right!
What If My Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Damaged?
- Tracking shows issues? Contact us at info@woggybykaon.com with your order number and tracking info — we'll investigate and help resolve it (replacement, refund, or reship where possible).
- Damaged in transit? Same as our returns policy: Snap a photo, email us right away, and we'll send a prepaid label for return if approved. We partner with great carriers, but if things go sideways, we're on your side!

- When will my order ship? Usually 1-3 business days — you'll get a shipping confirmation email!
- Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If it hasn't shipped yet, email us quick — we might be able to update it. Once shipped, it's tougher (but ask anyway!).
- Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses? Yes for US (USPS handles those great).
- Holidays or busy seasons? Expect slight delays — we appreciate your patience while we spread the kiddo joy!
- Duties/taxes for EU/UK? Buyer responsibility — check your local rules or ask us for estimates.
