Woggy by Kaon Return & Refund Policy
Hey Woggy fam! We make cool kids' clothes so your little ones can feel comfortable and confident. If something doesn't fit quite right or isn't the perfect match, we're here to help make it right. Here's our simple, no-fuss policy:
Our 14-Day Return Window You've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return if it's just not the right vibe (change of mind, sizing whoops, etc.). We want happy kiddos and happy parents!
What Needs to Come Back Ready for Round Two To be eligible, the item must be:
- In brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, no stains/smells/pet fur adventures)
- With all original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation (proof of purchase keeps things smooth)
How to Start a Return Email us at info@woggybykaon.com with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning. We'll review it fast (usually within a day or two). Once approved, we'll share the return address (Michigan-based!) and instructions. Note: For non-damaged returns, you cover the return shipping — we recommend using a trackable service. Items sent back without our approval won't be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or "This Isn't What I Ordered" Kids + clothes = sometimes oops happens in shipping! Inspect your order right away. If something arrives damaged, defective, wrong size/color/style, or not as described:

- Send a quick photo of the issue We'll review and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label to print and use — ship it back, and we'll handle replacement (if available) or full refund. No cost to you!
Exchanges The quickest way to get the perfect fit: Return the original item (following the steps above), then place a new order for the swap. We'll process everything separately so your new piece arrives ASAP!
Non-Returnable Items A few things can't be returned (except if damaged/defective):
- Personalized or custom items (made just for your kiddo!)
- Sale items & gift cards (final sale fun)

Special for EU & UK Shoppers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Right If your order ships to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel/return within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason (no explanation needed!). Same condition rules apply (unworn, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase). Email us to start — you'll cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds – The Happy Part Once we receive and inspect your return (quick turnaround!), we'll email to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days. (Banks/credit cards sometimes take a few extra days to show it — totally normal!) If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and nothing shows up, ping us at info@woggybykaon.com — we'll chase it down.
